What gave us the idea that Winter is the time to do something extra?? This is a time for less, for rest, and for focusing on what’s most important to us.

A time for HEALING.

With Zen teachings, mindful meditations, and journaling exercises, together we’ll get to a deeper place with the life we already have. For example, there is a quantum leap between going on another diet and accessing tools that make me more conscious of the ways I’m already eating.

Our mindfulness practice can be a support in our busy, chaotic lives. Not another way to judge and criticize ourselves. 

Come train with your tribe. Our 2-Hour Session Live via Zoom, is on Saturday, January 4th from 10am-Noon PST / 1pm-3pm EST. This Workshop will NOT be recorded, so we can go there without concern. All by donation. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. We need to stick together!
