SANGHA FACILITATOR TRAINING ‘24

Mindfulness is a practice, not a concept. 

Whether you are leading a mindfulness group in the Tradition of the Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, another tradition/style, OR don’t aspire to facilitate but want to deepen your personal practice, this training is for YOU.

We’re going through the basics of how to introduce mindfulness to beginners in a totally secular manner, holding safe space for a varied group of practitioners, and how to deepen our own practice by facilitating for others.

Come train with your tribe. Three, monthly one-hour sessions via Zoom. The first one is near the end of this month. All by donation. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. We need to stick together.
